THE STUDIO

Chettinaad Design, envisioned by M.M.Meyyappan was founded and established in the year 1999.From a team of five, we are continuing to grow everyday and contribute significantly to the field  of Architecture,  with over two decades of experience in Space Planning and Designing.  We have completed more than 20 million sq ft of projects scaling from Residential, Commercial, Institutional and Interior Design .

Our greatest strength has been our “Transparency”, “Dedication” and  “Openness” in explaining the process and our ideology of the design, taking control over the process and generating a sense of “Collective Ownership “ in the design and decision making process.
